Summer is coming to an abrupt end, ushering in a new tide of interesting and hopefully, worthy anime titles. My picks and trailers for this coming fall, just below the fold:

Iron Man Anime
>
A year ago, Marvel released the Iron Man anime trailer, and it has since been lingering at the edge of my memories. And now, with its airing date of October 1 just weeks away, I'm getting the hype. Gotta love the black opaque shadows present in the animation, akin to the Marvel inking style. The trailer looks great; high hopes for it!_________________________________________________________
Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt
And I used to wonder, who the hell is Garterbelt? The first thing that crosses your mind while viewing the characters: Powerpuff Girls.
Oh and, "Chuck" reminds me a lot of crackpot robodog Gir from Invader Zim. And that's far from a complain, because I'm totally watching this! Apparently the exaggerated cartoon style is to compliment ridiculously violent scenarios, though the preview isn't saturated red with blood. This is also airing on the 1st of October, which is probably fated, as i shall be celebrating a certain special event!

Kuragehime

The story revolves around the jellyfish-loving girl Tsukimi (also known as the girl who stole Nodoka's glasses), who moves into an all-female apartment of fujoshi tenants. And presumably matters complicate as she invites a "stylishly fashionable woman" to stay with them, only to discover a trap?
I reckon this will be a great comedy setting, with more a reason to watch, sporting a cute protagonist with Nodoka's glasses (my personal preference).
Another reason to watch this: Main girl Tsukimi is voiced by none other than Hanazawa Kana, whos resume also include Kuroi Mato (BRS) and Sengoku Nadeko (Bakemonogatari).

Shinryaku! Ika Musume
What is this cute thing? Not much of a preview, but more than enough to sell my soul. Seafood has never been so cute.
With the wayward pollution that mankind brings to the ocean, Ika-Musume (squid-girl) of the sea tries to invade and conquer humanity. However, circumstances brought her to work out her debt for destroying the wall of a beach-house. The art style is simply pleasant and humble, similar to Azumanga Daioh and Yotsubato!. So expect some light-hearted humour and this will definitely be remedy for the daily stress.

Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls
I've been hearing word about this anime: outstanding art, ecchi and more ecchi. And the ultimate question: will this be another HotD?
HotD did not disappoint, for one episode at least. After the first, I've been losing motivation to continue the series, partly because I've experienced the manga which did not amaze me. But forget that; Samurai Girls appear to offer more of a solid plot (or rather, an actual plot) than meets the eye. Apparently the anime is set to release in October, but the first episode is out already. I'm currently confused about this, and shall check it out again in a weeks time. Regardless, a must-watch in my list.

My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute
true, because I don't have one
Title is win, and I'm watching this. That's what I thought until stumbling upon the trailer. Kinda lost a bit of confidence there. But a trailer doesn't necessarily translate into the actual product, so we shall see.Basically, this is a tale of a guy who has relationship problems with his sister, while she seems to detest him. Until one day, when an event flag was triggered, and she reveals herself to be an otaku

That's not all; there are few more titles I may or may not watch, depending on the circumstances:
Star Driver: Radiant Takuto- BONES have done themselves a reputation, but I'm not sure about this yet.
Psychic Detective Yakumo- Heard about the manga, but not sure whether it's good or bad experiences.
Otome Youkai Zakuro- Might this be a disappointment like Asobi ni Ikuyo?
Arakawa Under the Bridge S2- Okay, I'll be watching this but Zen better give me his collection of season 1 before I do.
That's all for now. All that's left is to rot until October, and mourn the end of K-ON!! Until next time~

I've been pretty apathetic about most anime series this year, but the fall season looks GREAT! I'm going to have to clear my schedule.
